Hello hello hello… finally feeling better. Been running on the treadmill, it feels wicked awesome!! So here is what I gobbled down the last two days
Day 11:
Banana Sundae (yep that’s right dessert for breakfast
)
Hemp Seed dip with dehydrated veggies
Salad (the usual)
Green Juice (swiss chard, apple, lemon, and stevia)
Watermelon and trail mix
Day 12:
Smoothie (banana, pineapple, swiss chard, water, and stevia)
Ezekiel Bread with sunbutter and raspberries
Salad (added sugar peas – they are wicked delicious!!!)
Raw Tacos
Trail Mix and water melon
I was stinkin up all night both nights (the first with CJ and Jake, last night with baby Ty – those little stinkers)! I will start taking more pics… Jake hide my camera in the storage seat in the office and I just found it this morning (day 13)!!
