“And life is what you make it, always has been, always will be!” ~Grandma Moses

Day 18:

Ezekiel bread with sunbutter and bananas

Seed crackers (not really raw – but I was in a wicked hurry and needed to grab something fast)!

Salad (took the mango chutney recipe and whipped it into a salad dressing… wicked awesome!!!)

Ezekiel Bread with avocado, cucumber, and romaine (again wicked busy just wanted to scarf something down – plus I need to go shopping so I am wicked low on stuff)

Smoothie and flax chips

Pretty unraw - raw food day… but I did the best I could!!  Really need to work on having quick raw foods on hand for the times when I am so busy.  Did the biggest loser sculpting dvd today!!

Day 19:

Ezekiel with sunbutter and raspberries

Salad (mango dressing)

Rolled oat, dried banana, and date bar – good but too much oat!!

Salad (not feeling the creativity today – same dressing)

Kombucha (thanks Chris for going and getting me some)

Raw food bar (busy busy busy)

Ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did my grocery shopping, and now waiting on my dehydrator… we will c how things came out!!

Day 20:

Kombucha (I freakin love this stuff!!!)

Smoothie – Red current, banana, swiss chard, and stevia

Flax cracker/chips and hemp seed dip (Yeah from my dehydrator)

Mango wraps with broccoli slaw, maple syrup, cayenne, sea salt, and a splash of soy sauce)

Raw food bar

Ezekiel Avocado Sandwich (w/ cucumbers and spinach)

Kombucha (again)

Wow did I work my butt off today… it feels great!  I hope once I get this dehydrator thing down I won’t be in the kitchen so much – I seriously feel like I spend my whole day making food – eating food – cleanin up food!!!  It doesn’t help that I am making 3 different things to eat each meal – plus snacks (something for me, the kids, and the baby)!!!  I am really starting to feel like this is a lifestyle that I can really live with!!!  I feel great and am really enjoying discovering all these new foods (well old foods with a new twist)!

Thanks for reading!!
